MIM EBLearn e-learning platform has been selected as one of the finalists in the 2011 e-learning awards
The Malta Communications Authority informed E-Business Systems that the MIM EBLearn e-learning platform had been nominated by the Malta Institute of Management and had been selected as one of the finalists in the 2011 e-learning awards. The award ceremony of the MCA 2011 e-awards will be held at the Radisson Blu resort St. Julians on the 30th of November.

EB-Learn introduced in Romania
Earlier this month, a delegation from EBS visited Bucharest to display the EB-LEarn solution to potential corporate and institutional clients. Led by the company's managing director, Mr. Stephen D'Alessandro, the EBS team met with various potential clients that have already decided to invest in e-learning and are now seeking the most cost effective platforms. EBS is in the process of finalising collaboration agreement with one of Romania's leading ICT firms. Arrangements are being made to allow for EBLearn to be launched in the new year in a Romanian language version and in two formats, the academic virtual school and the corporate virtual training centre.The feedback from potential clients has been extremely favourable with a particularly positive response given to EBLearn's ease of use and content management functionality. The arrangements with a local partner are critical to ensure that clients get prompt first line support in Romania as well as on-going second line support to the EBLearn servers thoughout the operation. Further details will be published in the coming weeks as discussions progress.
