EBL APPOINTED EXCLUSIVE RESELLERS OF ASI-FRONT DESK FOR MALTA AND LIBYA
Anand Systems Inc, the Tracy California based business software specialists appoint E-Business Ltd as exclusive re-sellers for Malta and Libya for its internationally recognized ASI-Front Desk hotel reservation system.
In announcing the appointment, EBL Managing Director, Stephen P. D'Alessandro thanked Mr. Hitesh Patel the Sales Director of Anand Systems Inc who facilitated the whole negotiation and appointment process. Mr. Hitesh proved true to the company's philosophy of being very customer focused and committed to responding to all customer queries within 24 hours. This was certainly the right start to the collaboration, a mutual understanding and commitment to customer support.
Mr. D'Alessandro explained how the selection of ASI-Front Desk was the result of an extensive review of hotel applications carried out by EBL in the latter part of 2004 as part of its efforts to add value to its own EB-Res Internet based hotel reservation systems.
In the company's comparative analysis of different internationally distributed reservation and booking systems, ASI-Front Desk proved to be a powerful user-friendly, expandable infrastructure that was particularly suited to the needs of the small to medium hotels.
