EB Realestate is a state-of-the-art web-based solution designed to meet the IT needs of a modern real estate agency and is designed to facilitate timely access of information at the place of work, and outside the place of work, through internet access. The Web dimension of the solution provides greater benefits for prospective clients and also facilitates its usage by an international clientele searching for local properties.

System Components

User roles: allows for the creation of different types of users with different rights over the information in the system. At the lowest end are the users on the public area of the company’s website with restricted view only rights, whilst at the top end are the manager and administrator with full access to the system and extensive read/write controls.

Contacts Address Book – All information about clients, owners, properties addresses, notaries, etc. is centralized here. Other database unrelated information could be kept here as well, like other agencies telephone numbers

Properties Catalogue – Into detail data about properties split into properties for sale and letting, including pictures and customizable additional data. Program keeps history of all important data changes.

Clients – The requirements of a client can be cross-referenced (Search) with existing data from Properties and vice-versa. Every agent can add his own list of clients.

Reports – Everything can be printed, emailed or faxed. Result of a search, selection of properties, Search… Report with full details of a single property can include picture. There is specially designed template for printing search results for display to a client.
